starting Dec 14, 2007 after server reset at 7am EST. Vendor prices will be varied and random, also the amount available to purchase will be varied.
The prices will vary from 10% of normal price up to 10X the normal price. Available amounts to buy will vary from 1 to 999.
After each vendor restocks his/her self, their prices will change.
What the vendor pays for your items will also be varied. from 10% of what they would normally pay, up to 10 x what the normal price they pay would be.
